You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threating, sexually graphic/inappropriate or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where the "AIM Language Learning" is hosted, or international Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorder to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that "AIM Language Learning" has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time deemed fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither "AIM Language Learning" nor phpBB shall be responsible for any hacking that may lead to the data being compromised.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order placed.

* 3 day delivery calculation begins on orders placed before 12:00PM Eastern time (Some exceptions may apply to remote areas).

** Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Sales Tax & Customs Policy

Orders shipped outside of Canada are NOT subject to any sales tax.

SERVICE: Workshop/Summer Institute registration: Taxes are charged based on location where the workshop/Summer Institute is held.

Online Teacher Training and Webinar: Taxes are charged based on destination province.

PRODUCT: Taxes are charged based on destination province

British Columbia: 5% GST + 7% PST
Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador: 13% HST
Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon: 5% GST
Nova Scotia: 15% HST

Please note that Books are charged 5% GST ONLY regardless of destination province.

Customs
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S., customers are liable for all import duties, brokerage fees and local sales taxes levied by the country the items are shipping to.
